New DPS 700 MHz air-to-ground license

I noticed that it is for 1 unit for 2 watts, also for a paging unit.Strange since DPS has more than 1 air unit.

It's strange because as far as I can tell this is the future license mentioned in the current TSICP that is supposed to cover any public safety agency that signed the TSICP MOU to use. That would be thousands of radios, not just aircraft, and there is already the 700 MHz State License that covers the entire band.

The 2 watt part isn't strange because that it is the FCC mandated power limit for the air-ground channels.
