Provoice issues

I have a Uniden BCD325p2 trunktracker with the provice update installed.
When I import and upload the systems from the San Antonio/Bexar area. Specifically the Police frequencies (which use the EDAC Provoice) I don't receive any transmissions.

Is there some basic function that I have overlooked?

Any help or insight will be appreciated.

Did you download and install the firmware upgrade that enables ProVoice reception.

Did you purchase the upgrade and successfully enter the key for the upgrade? Press Menu on the scanner.
Scroll down to Settings and then hit Enter (E/yes)
Scroll to Upgrade & select by pressing E again
Scroll to ProVoice & press E again.

If the key is correctly loaded, you should see a message on-screen that it's already been applied. If you do not see that, then the key was not entered.

If you used software to import & setup the system, which program? Make sure that your software did not import "control channels only". For an EDACS system, you must import all system frequencies, with their correct LCN number.

ProVoice

I have installed the ProVoice upgrade successfully. That was the easy part.

I am using ProScan with data downloaded from RadioReference. Attached is a screen shot of the data imported and uploaded.

That screen shot only shows Talk Groups. Did you also import sites?

I don't understand your reply. TGIDs are not in sites. Sites would have frequencies.

ps ~ again make sure all freqs get loaded for each system as the control control randomly rotates !

They have the control channels loaded and can recieve traffic in id search. My guess is that the talk groups are not assigned to a group or system yet and is why they’re having issues.
