I’ve been watching on this web page https://fccid.io/K66

Yaesu usually asks for a confidentiality agreement to not publish the manual, specs, photos, etc for 45 days from the date of type acceptance or until the product is released.

Not gonna' lie... this radio excites me. And yeah, I'm a bit of a Yaesu fanboy, so be it.

The front mounted speaker alone has my attention!
Everyone is salivating over the front mounted speakers on this radio. My suggestion is to listen to it first. Yaesu did this once before with the FTM-350AR. While the head-mounted speakers on that radio are useable, they just aren't up to the quality of a good mobile speaker or even the internal body-mounted speaker. Granted, the ones in the FTM-500 might be better, I wouldn't buy the radio based strictly on that feature.

Based on the manual, the control head will tilt up 20 degrees even when attached to the RF module. That's pretty interesting.

Your third link only shows FTM-400D parts.

It looks like they are selling the FTM-400XDR for the same price as the FTM-500. I did not find any mention of "parts" when I explored the details.

Definitely a nice radio. If I hadn't of just bought my FTM-300 a year ago, I'd be buying this one. Touch screen is definitely a plus. Maybe in a year or two.
