I love this scanner (minus the lack of DMR that everyone is starting to use now) but it is not very vehicle friendly. I finally got tired of having it fall out of the passenger seat during turns and purchased a cup holder mount.

Lido Cup Holder mount for Uniden Home Patrol

Aux cable into vehicle sound system and regular stock antenna w/ SMA extension
Same scanner inside but with the SpectrumForce Window UHF/800 Antenna running to the closet (best place to hit the closest P25 site.)
It does the job for both locations and with zero permanent attachments. I am satisfied; for now.
