Can someone help me with police codes for London and West Jefferson Ohio. Can't find them anywhere online
13W = special assignment at the westwoom.Everyone is correct, BSSA. However, many departments are phasing those out/using less 10-codes and more plain speech.
Be aware every agency in the Columbus area has some sort of variation of the BSSA codes for their specific reasons.
For example, here in Worthington I’ve been trying to figure out for yesrs what “Ill be on 13W at the firehouse” means.
Oh trust me partner, I've been here since its rollout and it's a huge help. In fact, I just printed out PD/FD unit number lists for all adjacent counties (I find myself forgetting more often lately). My only issue is the how cumbersome it can be to edit or create info, and that's my own opinion. Kind of like Motorola CPS. I know others add information and are very skilled, hence why it's here in the first place. The only code I believe I've written in my life has been the function on this here forum for the "quote" command when typing.13W = special assignment at the westwoom.
Actually, a list of which agencies use what codes in Franklin County is in the Wiki at:

Franklin County (OH) - The RadioReference Wiki
wiki.radioreference.com
The Wiki is your friend.
About a third of the police agencies in the county use the Columbus PD codes; all the rest use the BSSA codes with occasional local additions.
Editing the wiki after finding info is quite rewarding. I turned Seneca Co's wiki from a pretty empty page to a page chock full of knowledge that I've collected over the last 2 years. It's not too hard to learn how to edit the wiki, if I want to do something like a table I will just copy and paste a different table then edit the info inside of it lol.Oh trust me partner, I've been here since its rollout and it's a huge help. Wow that's a curveball, the "W". Station 100 must have some nice facilities because the officers mark out there often. I grew up in Worthington, went to high school there in 2006 and have seen WPD/FD evolve and grow and I must of missed when the wee-wee break got added to the list. I suppose I should set up push emails so I will be aware of when someone updates it. 🤔I'll end this novel with something a tad off topic, but I noticed WPD has (at least) 2 new Dodge Durango's as of about a month ago. Cars 25 & 28.
