ground everything. it is a myth that lighting will strike the tallest thing in the area, it will strike whatever offers the best path. Typically this is not professionally installed towers since they go to extreme measures to protect against lighting strikes. You are also required by NEC to tie all grounds together, that means you have to run a cable from your antenna system ground to your house electrical ground. Either way you have to ground everything properly, its just good practise. Also, WTF is up with the totally unrelated-to-topic pics in your posts?
