I recently installed one of my old SW receivers. 11.232 was always interesting to monitor. Currently. all I am hearing is encrypted comms (excellent signal strength). Is this full time for Canforce or is there occasional clear comms?? Thanks

I've never picked up any encrypted comms. On this frequency, only audio that's in the clear

Is it possible that the receiver wasn't set on the USB mode?
