151.505 Airevac?

While driving through the Huntsville area recently, I heard a medical helicopter dispatch (Airevac?) on 151.505 with 051 DPL. "Huntsville tower" was mentioned. I don't see anything in the FCC database for this.

That is one of the 'Itinerant' IG class frequencies. No one in Alabama is currently licensed for that frequency according to the FCC's own database nor are any 'construction' permits on file. The closest ACTIVE licenses are in Tennessee just north of Huntsville and none of those are related to medical activities of any kind. However, since it IS an itinerant frequency, the licensing could be from just about anywhere if 'temporary' operations are taking place in that area. Hopefully someone with more up to date info can assist with this one...?
