169.650 / NE01

So this is kinda interesting ? again, always got 4F9 Ellis Island on this freq.
just like 173.7625 which lately is NE02 , So I was tuning around after work
tonight (8pm) and on the Ellis Island freq. I now copy E01 ?? not sure what
is going on so now both Ellis Is. freqs. in the past couple days are not 4F9
anymore? hmmm? gonna try 169.9875 see if that has changed also ..the
mystery goes on ...any input or help is appreciated ..73,s Marcy
