Hi all, I'm picking up some P25 P1 encrypted traffic on 170.5375 MHz with NAC 100 in Gainesville FL. The repeater also beacons at random interval transmitting TDU and PDU packets. I searched that freq with FCC ULS database and came up nothing so I assume it's a federal repeater? Does anyone have any idea on what agency might be on that freq?

I'm unsure about posting the radio and key IDs so I just censored them all. Dont want an agent coming knocking on my door:)

As CP pointed out, ICE part of their Wide Area / Vote Scan system.
Do you hear this one Regularly or just when VHF (Band opening) is open?

Asking as the two nearest reported sites on this freq for that NET have been
Titusville and Fort Desoto over in the Tampa/Sarasorta area

This is an ICE - Homeland Security Investigations repeater in Gainesville.

You are correct - this is a federal frequency and would not show up in an FCC search. But worth a look in any case...

Thank you!

I hear this regularly and the signal is rather strong. I think the repeater is on the same tower as WUFT, WCJB or WXJ60. I can't confirm this for sure but maybe someone can.

In addition, I'm regularly picking up signals from (what I believe) Levy county. Again, the signals are too weak for DSD or LTR analyzer to decode anything but I can still hear it in analog mode. I check Levy county's database and some frequencies are there, some aren't so maybe someone can verify the following frequencies and submit an update.

The following 3 frequencies sound like LTR burst every 10 seconds:
151.0325
151.0625
151.1075

The following frequencies sound like NXDN data burst every 7 seconds
151.3925
151.43
151.475
151.4825
154.0925
154.1675
154.7475
154.785
155.0025
155.0775
155.0925

------
Unknown frequencies
154.46375 - This could be a SCADA telemetry freq from unknown location
152.0025 - too weak to decode anything
152.0125 - too weak to decode anything
154.19 - too weak to decode anything

Since all the 151-154 freqs you mention are not FED you may want to open a thread for those in the Florida forum

My apologies, got too excited whenever new freqs come through. I'll be posting that in the FL forum. Thank you!
