I've heard garbled voices along with seeing several RID's pop up but wasn't able to gain any further intel than that. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated... Thanks!

Radio ID's but no P-25 NAC? The more information, the better.

The frequency is a Justice Department allocation, most likely FBI.
