1700/1710 am Spanish music

For the past few months or swo I've been pickung up this Spanish music on 1700 & 1710 am, 1700 more most of rgw time, & tonighr I've heard talking in English over ut too. I dont remember of i'vr heard the voice too before. Yhe music isnt really clear, there's static & whatnot. And you hwve to point it certain ways for a stronger signal. Especially on 1710. Anyone knwo what this is? I live on the west side of the state if ie helps.

It wasn't preaching i donr think (idk spanish so not sure) there ain't much talking on eaj spanish one, its just music. & I rrad you ain't allowed to broadcast on 1710. And i on't get it on 1690.
