I have been listening to the Mt. Ord repeater for the Forest Service with the fires recently. In looking at the database there are several repeaters listed with 164.825 as the input with multiple PL's, as expected. I also see however 171.500 as an INPUT to 170.500 as Fire Net 2 in Gila River. The PL of 233.6 is also listed as the PL to the Globe repeater so could this be a link to that?

Is this correct or a typo? I will be the first to admit that I am not an expert on federal freqs, it has never been my thing but I am curious.

Hi Rich. I did not notice the entry below in the DB:
170.50000 171.50000 RM233.6 PLBIA-GR-FN2 Gila River Pima Reservations Fire Net 2 FMN Fire Dispatch
This is the OLD Tonto Fire Net 2 frequency pair, prior to changing frequencies this year. This entry is a duplicate of frequencies listed under Tonto NF and will be deleted.

NTIA required [many still transitioning] agencies to re-order the input/outputs

much is still to be discovered by monitoring as the documents have tended to dry up due to FOUO etc

Any updates [Tones] your hear, pass along and / or update the wiki's as well
