173.1625 New DEA in Bay Area?

173.1625 NAC 156 is active "in the clear" this morning. Very loud signal in Fremont...possibly up on Mt. Allison/Monutment Peak. It seems to be linked to 172.2125 as they are both active at the same time, but the .2125 is barely readable.

Also hearing P25 on 173.475 NAC 156. Might be related, but coming in real weak.

Now I'm hearing 172.2125 very loud...as a control channel (I think). I can hear encrypted transmissions with a PL of 67.0, which seems odd.

IF you are not set to P25 [using Auto] sometimes it goes analog and logs 67.0
Set that channel to P25 and you should get the correct NAC

Found another one: 173.925 NAC 156. Good signal in the south bay. Were talking "in the clear" a minute ago.
