173.475 n293 and 167

Hello Everyone. In Buffalo NY we have the FBI using 173.475 but also during band enhancement from the Lake I get a NAC of 293 with a Radio ID of 1. This lines up with USCG channels I have around here so I was wondering if there was anyone down Cleveland OH way that might know if this is active down there.

If ENC then the only other way is to wait for something other than a RID of 1
or a CLR transmission

Other than those two you get in the Northeast the only other is in Maine for the BP using $400

The U.S. Marshals use that nac too . Plus they use the FBI 's system as their dispatch and it's been reported the Marshals use FBI frequencies with their own 293 nac sometimes.
