Everyone can be presumptuous and everyone can reject the conclusion. Seems to be I heard that on the Big Bang Theory. But to this Thread, I think the news outlets, including Sun Media, lost count of all the overturned vehicles on various "Trails" in Calgary. Every tonight before midnight, another vehicle on it's side on Glenmore Trail and on the median on Crowchild and Glenmore Trails. My iPhone cannot keep up to the twitters this winter.

I made a connection earlier this week that I'm surprised took me this long to figure out.

Serious crash on Calgary's Glenmore Tr. kills one child, critically injures another | Calgary | News | Calgary Sun

You're calgary_bob1, aren't you?

The callousness and idiocy (or should I say "i" diocy?) that poster conveys in commenting on articles like that is reprehensible. Yes, people drive like morons in this region. But calgary_bob1 is the epitome of the Internet poster who hides behind a keyboard and doesn't believe that his comments will have any impact on anyone else. Granted, the Sun comments section is a septic tank of douchebaggery on its best day, but someone who knows that family is going to read that article and see those horrific comments, calgary_bob1's included. I, as an emergency responder (who wasn't even involved in this incident) and the uncle to three children, was nearly physically sick hearing about this situation. To see these imbeciles in the Sun comments section doing what they normally do in there almost puts me over the edge.

Somebody's lost a little boy six days before Christmas. Have some respect.

While I do not know that robertmac is Calgary_bob1, but I read some(10%) of his (calgary_bob1)comments and I agree with all that you wrote.

Much respect to you Jay. We'll said

Merry Christmas all.

I tried not to be drawn into this presumptuous and innuendo last couple of threads. I will try and keep this short. To someone that has lost siblings, close relatives and friends due to accidents, and sickness, I view any death as grievous. Fortunately, I have not lost a loved one close to Christmas, but that does not make it any easy when sitting down for Christmas dinner and a chair that was filled with laughter is now empty.

We're only supposed to get 10cm in Calgary on Sunday and 23cm in Red Deer. I am not running out and cleaning all the bread off the store shelves.

LOL... that's because you're a smart guy and already have a good supply of food and other goodies just in case.
