BCT15X: 2019 Silverado and a BCT15X

Hello All,

Despite all of the installs I have done, I am brain fogged on this one:

I am installing -hardwire- my nephews BCT15X into his 2018 Silverado this weekend. Last time we did it -truck now totalled- I recall just fuse tapping and using the round power jack harness (PS-002) as opposed to the 3 wire (red, black, orange) harness. The dim feature from the orange wire is not important.

10A to fuse 31 (Accessory/Run/Crank) on the driver side instrument panel block is what my notes recall. Yes/No?

If you are asking about running the red wire to power, that is correct. (and yes leave the orange unconnected) Black to ground/chassis.

If you are asking about the specific fuse in the Chevy, someone more familiar with that model will have to comment.
