Good Information. Hopefully the RE3000 is available soon. I miss the FanVision for Nascar. It's not the same without the in-car communications. They do some mixed series events at Homestead Miami Speedway every month. I have to use my Close Call to figure those out. Most of it is DMR now.

Attached are the updated files for the Indy 500 for the following scanners.
DCS tones have been updated for the SC230 and BC125AT which support this function.

Re3000 will be available in August.

The re3000 will NOT work ota mode at any Indy Events

Can I benefit at all from anything other than the frequencies with a BC72XLT?

Can I use any of the subtones or other codes with this unit to improve my experience?

Unfortunately no. The BC72XLT does not support CTCSS or DCS subtones.

The SC230 and BC125AT are the least expensive Uniden scanners that support this feature.

Question for all. I have arcsportlite for the 230 and the version for 330. The file Chocolate posted will it load into the butel 33O version? Or do u need separate files for each butel programmer you have. As long as I've had both programs I've not used them as often as I should.

The same file will work on the Butel software for the Uniden SC230 and the BR330T.

The RE3000 became available Tuesday May 31. I ordered mine on Tuesday and received it today.

The 463.300 indy enc freq was in use alot. Do to the dmr frequencies being enc. I didn't listen much at all or make notes.I primarily listened to the analog track channels, The 48car, media and officials analog. Kenwood rentals for all. Indy officials. I may post the photo of the radio since it was a very fancy one I'm unfamiliar with. NBC, Chevy were the only users with uhf analog radios. Manufacturers like Firestone were using moto trbo radios or uhf dmr capable kenwoods. The teams that were not using MotoTrbo Radios used a uhf kenwood with nexedge-dmr capabilities. Alot of the teams crews were using mold fitted earbuds listen only. I caught what I thought was dmr traffic on the 48s main channel not during the race.

This one I'm unsure if it was specific to indy or RA.. 467.5875 yes frequency correct Ran11 sounded to be hazmat enviro related. Conversation of battery from a race team that was leaking and or had a issue.

Many other dmr and nexedge heard but couldn't get ran or cc....
