I took JimBobTerp's list above --- and updated it. Several of the driver>Car # listings on his table are incorrect.

That said. here's the background on my data.

Everything on my chart is a YMMV situation. I did >NOT< verify that every particular driver is correctly correlated to the frequencies listed. HOWEVER. You can safely assume that with the exception of the "B" list drivers - the freqs listed for each driver are probably correct. YELLOW HIGHLIGHT indicates that I carried over the PL/DPL info from last year. The car/driver listings that are not in highlight were actually monitored and/or active at the track on 2/16 for the duels races - WITH THE EXCEPTION of the NASCAR and RACE CONTROL freqs. I did not spend a lot of time scanning or trying to verify those freqs. However, of note, "NASCAR 1" (464.200) was active with unencrypted DMR CC 10 / Slot 2; and "NASCAR 2" was active with FM/DPL 631.

At the very bottom of the freq list attached below are "other frequencies" that I monitored at the track. with the exception of 455.875 and 464.775 ---- THESE ARE ALL FREQS IN USE BY DRIVERS/TEAMS. I do not take the time to figure out concessions, seating, valet/parking or any of those types of freqs. (I listed 464.775 because they were actively trying to break up a fist fight in the parking lot... LOL)

Enjoy.

Hello Im very new to this scanner space. Had to buy one since they canceled my FanVision... I think I have it mostly figured out but for the SECONDARY frequencies is there somewhere to put those close to the first one? I watch nascar alot and notice the often go on the second frequency which my digital scanner at home puts all into one feed basically.. Got a race this weekend so hoping to get it figure out quickly!
I have Uniden BC125AT if...

For the Daytona 500, I set mine up with primary and secondary listed next to each other, in order of the car numbers. It made it easier to manually change channels when I wanted to listen to a particular driver. For instance, channel 1 was car 1 primary, channel 2 was car 1 secondary, channel 3 was car 2 primary, channel 4 was car 2 secondary, and so on. I put the other frequencies in a different bank on the scanner. During the race, I would either tune to a particular driver, or scan, and would “temporarily lock out” certain frequencies that I did not want to listen to while scanning. Hope this helps.

im having an absolute hell of a time.. this thing seems like its from the stoneage compared to my fan vision I had.. I have two frequencies programed but can only get to them by using the scroll button.. anytime I hit an actual number ie car number.. I get errors and whatnot.. I wish i understood of more what you were trying to say but Im about to throw the thing out the window

I have absolutely no idea how to "rename" the downloaded file above.. I unzipped it.. Why are there so many files shouldnt there be ONE excel file?

I found a site on google that has them all but doesnt let you copy and paste.. what the hell is the point of that

If you read the first line you don't unzip it, you just rename it. Right click on file after you download it and select rename and change zip to xlsx

I have the FanVision too which they discontinued support at tracks. The next best option is the Racing Electronics RE3000 which programs automatically when you're at the track for free. No fees for the auto programming. Manually having to program a scanner for races is a big hassle. I had to do this for many years before FanVision came out and now the RE3000 is the only other option. Maybe if demand increases, FanVision will be supported again. They claim Covid for the discontinued support but every is using that excuse for everything nowadays.

Remove .zip and put xlsx? Will try that

Ya I see the idea of the RE3000 maybe should have got it but doing frequencies once a year shouldn’t be too bad. The fan vision was nearly $100 a year for as many races as I went to as well.. the scanner had a bit of a delay too which I wasn’t crazy about. Hoping to get this one figured out

nope - you did GREAT! The list you posted is about 80% correct. The biggest problem is that some of the car #'s / drivers changed.

Thanks for posting it!

do you have a uniden by chance? Do you have any ability to hit a car number "11" for 11 car frequency? Or is the scroll wheel the only option?

I got th excel file working now.. still also confused about the secondary.. they def need to be close but not sure if that throws off my car numbers with it? assuming so

So on my scanners I program 1-99 with the primary and 100-199 with secondary. Makes it easier to hit 24 or 124 on the display. If you have a favorite you only want to listen to only add that to the scanner with primary and BU.

thats a good idea, most people put the xfinity series with 100-199 dont they? guess it really doesn't matter .. im still having an issue "hitting" numbers on the thing to go to an exact channel

Hi Everyone, so I gave this a shot with my Baofeng BF-F8HP so that I could have it for the race for the Autoclub 400 here in Fontana. Don't hate me for having a cheapie radio. I'm working on fixing that.

I backed up my radio with CHIRP and used that .csv file and modified it with the data in the .xlsx/.zip file above. I got both primary and secondary frequencies ans also labeled them with the dirvers number concatentated with their last name so that I could cycle through the freqs on the B channel. When it came time to flashing the radio, I got data type errors like converting string to float for the "squelch." I have a limited understanding of where the squelch column in the data needs to be assigned to in the radio configuration for the Baofeng.

I have attached my .csv file. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

m0topilot, try the attached file. I shortened the channel names because of the 7 (I think) character limit. Tried to keep them recognizable. Got things in the right columns & such. Let me know how it goes.

Great list from AutoClub!

I combined the primary channel Daytona list from batdude and the Fontana list from m0topilot and cross referenced to the subtones that I scanned at the 2021 Brickyard (Using an SC230 to scan and ArcSport to dump to a .csv).

Interesting for 2022 is that more teams than I can ever remember changed their subtones. I expect all of these tones to be changed by the time I attend races this summer. Especially if there is a repeat of the radio hijacking seen at the 2018 Coke 600.
