Since LACo Fire has gone to the new system, it should give us a chance to find if the special event channels are used.
LASD, I'll be placing a $1.00 bet all will be encrypted on their new system.
What I don't see are any interop channels?
Tune up the close call on those scanners for the missing links to the radio systems.
