Two aircraft at least and sound German. Not showing on ADS-B also may be fighters. in English also talk of #2 take outside position on the right and #3 will be the last to Tank.

My guess is they are the Norwegian F-35s being dragged by these 2 Tankers ROMA 01-02.

The same ROMA tankers brought 6 of them from Norway to Cherry Point yesterday. The tanker route today swung past Cherry Point on the way westbound. The biggest clue was you said they sounded German, which I guess sounds like Norwegian.
