396 with priority?

hi all, i have searched through the manual and all over the boards here and cannot figure out how to set my local police as a priority channel, i want to set that and the local FD so that that is all that could wake me at night lol...thanks

So create a system that only has those two channels in it. It's not like the scanner is short of memory.
