396t keeps scanning systems not selected

I have moved a bunch of systems to one quick key using arc396 pro. I "sync" with the rig, then disconnect the cable. When I start scanning and only one system is chosen, the scanner still shows it scanning that group still. The asterisk is showing on the screen, but it is working as if it is turned on.

ok, plot thickens, I have all asterisks, but it is still scanning...no systems selected.

You must have some systems programmed with no SQK assigned.

Do you have more than one system assigned to one QK?

A screenshot of your settings in arc396pro would be very good.

You can also in scan mode, press and hold Func, then use the control knob to cycle from system to system. Press L/O to lockout or unlock any system(s) you'd like, but I find using SQKs better.
