Stumbled across an oddity on 4147.4 USB this evening. Unid station identifying as "Quasimoto" calls "Revolution" for radio check. Then a station that identifies as "Mo Cheese" appears to chew them out and inquires about antenna orientation. I also an HF frequency being given at the end of the QSO. When listening I originally thought they said 9.124 however nothing was heard. Only after listening to the audio it sounds more like 9.424, so this may be worth watching for activity.

Here is a rather poor audio clip.

Was fiddling with the SDR-Radio.com software and controlling my radio over the Internet, which explains why the audio sounds off frequency at times.

I listened to your clip and what I heard was "nine decimal one two zero" and I am on that but nothing. Great catch though:)

Thanks for the secondary set of ears gentlemen :)
I'll keep monitoring this net for additional activity and report back.
