I've been hearing the above freq from West Chester. Also heard what sounded like an EDACS control channel on 453.125/254.1. Sounds like it might be a correctional facility. Anyone with hints on what this might be?

453.1000 is Cheyney University Police in Thornbury Twp. I beleive half is in Delaware Co. and half is in Chester Co.

I had an old Cheyney Univ freq programmed in my Bearcat, but got very little, if traffic. That does make sense, since they said "10-19" and made reference to the computer lab.
I had noticed a lot of Dept of Corrections freqs in the same 453 range, so that was my first thought.
