I was listening to UHF this afternoon and I heard, "Minneapolis Dispatch to..." Since this has typically been a local government frequency in the past, I did a quick search and see that this is licensed to Minneapolis Special School District #1. The license shows the following frequencies that are authorized for repeater operation:
453.3875
453.4875
453.9000
460.0250
460.3500
I checked the History Log and see that all of the above frequencies were received with Color Code 11. I was not configured to get the Time Slots or Talk Groups, however. My radio displays CAP for MOTO TRBO Capacity Plus for this system. I am just curious if anybody here monitors this system and can tell me anything more about it.
