I'm hearing what sounds like an open mic with the sounds of a TV in the background. I hear it 24/7.
Strong signal.
Thanks,

There are actually 5 seldom used 49mhz. channels that are license free. Those are a couple and I'd have to look up the others, but they might be fun to play with!
Radio shack used to market a little low power talkie that included these 5 ch.
N9ZAS.
It's kind of funny yet sad that people unknowingly bug their houses with these. I live in a sub and can pick up 2 monitors on 49MHZ and a few in the 900 band (905.250,etc). I want to tell them "you have to go digital!".
I have 2 small kids and made sure I bought the digital FHSS type monitors. There are a few houses close by with radio antennas and I noticed a scanner antenna up there to. No thanks, I like my privacy.
49.855 mHz = 0.049855 Hz

I don't think so, not even close. Try 49855000 hz. There is a million hz in each mhz.
