Quick opinion here.

On my mac pro, running win 10 via boot camp, sentinel software has been flawless, and writes to both the scanner and card without an issue.

Almost same... I'm running an iMac and Parallels. Win 10 and Sentinel is no issue for the 436 and 536. I have them plugged in at the same time and it's flawless.

Gregg I don't know what the differences between the 436 and 536 but after a couple years they finally came out with the Android app to access the unit with the wifi dongle. I own the 536, but after seeing Uniden's screw up on this unit re the Siren App...don't think I would have spent the money had I known there were this many issues with the unit.
