536HP Open Squelch at end of txp on MOT II

Hello, I have this strange thing happening on my 536HP and not sure what caused it or why it started. On this one system running MOT II at the end of txp it has like a second of open squelch which it doesn't do on any other systems but all the rest of conventional or P25 and it doesn't do it on those. Just this one system. It is not the system as it doesn't do it on the 996XT just on the 536HP for this one system. Squelch is set to 2 and even in Sentinel it is set to 2. Not sure what is causing this. Only thing that has changed is change modulation from NFM to FM to help the slow scan problem. Firmware is current too. Anyone else seen this before?
