800 mhz trunked Mass state police???

I'm not the brightest on this trunking system but I looked at the map at RR on Bristol/Plymouth Zone 3 and the diagram
shows 5 sites....Living in New Bedford I receive the Acushnet tower ( Site #1 ) at full signal. But looking at the Diagram
tower Site #5 is in the Attleboro area so i would think that is the Closest to you seeing your in Cranston.
Is this site down ? or modified ? something changed ...

Yes Attleboro is closest to me. Like I said I was able to hear them fine up untill a couple weeks ago...3 weeks maybe. I noticed that the transmissions were noisier and less frequent. So every now and then I'd check.....then I thought something was wrong with antenna or coax....but it's been up only less than a year and I waterproofed it pretty good....checked connections indoors too.......Plus Attleboro is not that far from here.....maybe they decreased power? I keep checking and no improvement.

Also I attached a map showing a line from my house to approx. location of transmitter in Attleboro. I do have some large hills between me and Attleboro, but I was picking up transmissions moderately well up until recently.

You got me why Zone 3 does not work now ?

Oh I saw on anther Forum you were looking for Airplane Frequencies ?
The guys really high up are on HF 5-6 Meg evenings and 8-9 Meg daytime but On VHF you get traffic too.
Google AIRINC and you will get the charts showing what VHF airband Frequencies are used
flying over MA RI AND NY this is not the local guys this is the High up stuff coming from Europe.
