Does anyone know if civilians are allowed to broadcast on the 800 mHz system in SE wisconsin, more specifically Milwaukee and Waukesha, provided you do not in any way interfere with public safety comms?

so 800 mHz is reserved primarily for municipalities and public safety?
Why don't you cut to the chase and tell people here what you plan on doing on the 800 mhz band and eliminate all the confusion. What frequencies? Are you licensed? What purpose?
Joey, the background on this guy/gal is that they are beating around the bush with trying to figure out some way to legally access and/or transmit on two local 800 MHz public safety trunked systems. They have also had some level of conversation on this site/forum and possibly elsewhere with a convicted illegal user of the same systems in question.
That said, it's best to not feed the trolls.
Mweiher, Joey C and 4006 need to relax. The reason I am asking is to find out so I DON'T do anything ILLEGAL. As far as with conversing with the gentlemen about illegally monitoring a trunking system, I have reported him to the Waukesha Police so if you dont have the facts, keep it to yourself. Thank you and have a nice day.
If I remember right, Milwaukee County & Waukesha County can disable radios that are not suppose to be transmitting. I notice a lot of key ups lately on Milwaukee County IFERN 800, sometimes open carrier for a few minutes, you might not notice unless your right by scanner, or like me have the county fire feed which has alpha tags running on computer while I am online. One night there was a "Radio Service Test" but I don't believe it really was radio service. Yeah I know it could of been any county or IL, but this was nice & clear.
