Have you tried to analyze the signal? Altho the frequency ending in .5 tends to suggest a USN transmission which is likely encoded (which is only one possibility)...there are many tools available for such analysis, and a good selection of them are linked in my sig line...Mike

It's random characters but they do seem to follow some sort of string so my suspicion was it's encrypted but just didn't know the source and it's virtually a constant signal.
