8Call 90

I'm hearing random transmissions on 8Call 90 (851.0125), in Washtenaw County. It sounds like it is coming through a repeater, and the only actual messages I hear are "Radio service testing..."
Anyone else hearing them? Know where they are coming from?

Livingston, Oakland and Saginaw counties have licenses for the freq, but it is not the last two. I guess Livingston it is.

I was hearing techs talking about it on TG-3999. Then testing with Station #20 on I-Call, 155.370 and 155.865. Sounded like they were checking interop comms.

This is ICall testing not 8Call
Looks like they are getting ready for rebanding.

It wasn't coming across on ICall, or I would have reported it as such.

ICall is 866.0125.

What he's saying is that it won't be post-rebanding. 8Call90 is the "new" I-Call.
