BC125AT: AA Battery Supplier

For the second time I have been supplied a UBC126AT with a dead AA battery. Who is the supplier of these batteries as this is becoming a real pain when I then have to provide the support for these.

I can't speak for an Australian model like that, but here, batteries are covered under warranty and you can be sent replacements in the first year by contacting the support department.

The issue is that I buy the scanners, program them then sell them. When this happens it makes me look bad...

Put in fresh batteries when you sell them.

Always buy new batteries if you are reselling or don't supply batteries. Then there can't be any complaints.

or at least just pack the batteries with the unit

I buy these brand new, open the box to program them then repack and send off. I like to open as little of what comes with them as I can.
