Those channels have been subsumed into the AAR 307-487 range, which is all either data or NXDN.
For example, AAR107 is also AAR308 which is NXDN (or data). So if you have the number of channels available in the DJ-X100, I would be tempted to put in the standard AAR analog plan in channels 007 - 097 as FM Narrow (12.5), and program channels 307-487 as FM Very Narrow (6.25 NXDN). That way whatever channel your scanner stops on is also the corresponding AAR channel and there's no doubt as to whether it's analog or digital.
