It doesn't take long after you figure out the information the admin wants to know.

Usually within 24 hours, maybe longer on a weekend. Watch your email and spam folder for questions in case your application was incomplete. If they have questions and you don't respond it will not be approved.

I have tried to submit an application several times and when I select the county I'm able to select USA but it never populates the state or county. I'm unable to submit the application because no county is selected. I'm using windows 8 could that be the issue?
