Adding LEDs to 1040/1065

I've been trying for hours to add Light blue LED on P25-l Talkgroup Receive with no luck , Any ideas ? All manually, I will not do computer programming .

Sure... while holding on the object, press PGM, then F2 (EDIT), F2 (CURR). Scroll down 'till you find "LED Mode:" and "LED Color:" Set LED Mode to either Solid or Flash; set LED Color to whatever you want (Zero is off). On my PRO-106 (same as a WS-1040) light blue is color 4.

I've tried everything manually with 2 1040s LATCH on / off .... ALL DAY LONG no leds ??

LATCH has nothing to do with setting the LED per object. Follow my instructions to get the object's LED working, then and only then should you mess with the LATCH setting.
