no problem with ads, but I am running pfBlocker and some other stuff on the local firewall. That and some reasonable local browser addons and I haven't seen much more than an odd ad in months. Not a premium subscriber either.

Some sites will have a pop-up prompting the user to disable the ad-blocker or no looksies!!!

...and some sites won't load if you're using a VPN.

That's where a script blocker comes in handy.
