I'm looking for any Alabama (especially southeast) National Guard frequencies.

Try this.

30.10 and 30.5 both FM and 150.500 Fm for AL Guard
139.450 and 150.425 - Ft Rucker Flatiron Helo Rescue all FM Mode from Rucker.
