It’s booming in strong in Wisconsin, too. UTC 0200. About S4/5. Okeechobee is about 1500 miles from here.

Nice catch tonight - Shannon Volmet on 13.264MHz 0810 UTC/2010 local - only s2 to 3 but low background noise. JRC NRD 515 on a large loop and amplifier.

Outstanding, you are picking up the hobby quick. If you get bored
of the shortwave bands there is vasts amounts of communication monitoring over the entire RF spectrum band plan. Alot of us on here monitor that whole spectrum from LW MW HF VHF UHF GHF.

The shortwave bands make up only a tiny sliver of the whole RF spectrum. Of course you will need more specialized radios, antennas and even software to do this. But for now keep up the great DX. 🌎
