Alinco: Alinco DX-70TH Power issue

I recently acquired 2 Alindo Dx-70th radios that works but when you transmit, doesn't put out power. Im testing into a dummy load which is a 100 watt capacity. Also testing with a telawave meter. When you hit the PTT button, it will switch to TX from RX as it should. I never came across anything like it. Any help is appreciated.

What mode are you using to test your transmit? SSB will not show any output unless modulated with audio input. Try FM or CW.

Tried using ssb, fm, am
