Allen County Highway

Does anyone know if the Allen County Highway Department is using the VHF NXDN frequencies. I see they are licensed for four VHF repeater pairs, or do they have talk groups on the County Public Works system. If they are using the NXDN frequencies does anyone know the RAN.
