Alright,,Final radio help question!

OK,i have one more dillemma and could use help. i need some motorola radio tech help if you know any, heres the deal, the city of tulsa will program radios for the news media, we have to buy our own,take them up to the radio shop and have them programmed,the main guy up there has been very helpful in the past but hes also gotten mad because the radios i kept sending to him were not type 2 etc, so i get on ebay and find one thats type 1,2 and 21 smartzone and i get it. well the radio arrives and has a systems 9000 control instead of the a5 he had pictured and the radio model number in the auction is not the model number on the radio i received, he is an ebay loser who will not make things right, is there any of you who could look at the radio i have and make sure it is indeed a type 1,2 2i smartzone as the city requires??? i want to know for sure b4 i take it up there, i dont wanna make him angry etc.....please let me know, i will gladly pay 20 bucks for your time.. thanks...
