BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Amateur Radio DMR Repeater Programming

Hello. I am trying to program additional talkgroups into the Sentinel software for my BCD436HP for a local amateur radio repeater. I am only able to hear a single talkgroup on the repeater. Is there a way to add the other talkgroups for monitoring? I realize that the talkgroups may not be active all the time. I have included the details below. Thank you for any assistance!

I just found the pinned post at the top of this forum. I will review it and see if that helps me figure things out. If anyone has any pointers in the meantime that may add to the pinned conversation above, it would be greatly appreciated.
