Amber alert on ICE TAC1

On Sunday afternoon an ambler alert was put out by the PA State Police for a missing 2yr old female. On 165.2375 NAC 301 (ICE Tac 1 Digital Net) Charlie 100, the alert was rebroadcast on that freq. in the clear. First time I heard an alert given when issued by PSP by the Feds. The alert was cancelled hours later by Charlie 100; child was found safe.

There were radio checks given on this freq by Charlie 100 saying thru the Philly/Wilmington repeaters and id'd as V net Tac 1.

likely you mis-heard the D as a V (Accents are funny)

100% that is DNET-001 (Repeater)

The CBP/NLECC does have a DNET-001 Repeater - in Wilmington DE but use DNET-007 for Phil
the Dispatch (Charlie-100 / Orlando FLA) may have keyed up both Repeaters or even more for a wider area relay

This is a pretty common practice. Even when ICE runs secure all the time, they often go in the clear to give out amber alerts.
