Amber Alert stickys

I was just wondering if anyone had ever thought of having a AMBER alert thread permanently placed in the state forums? Just an idea. Thanks for your time.

Due to the forum management issues of dealing with them and that there are already several systems out there in place to provide real-time info I don't see these forums as a place for this info.
