Now I can decode Site 41 Frederick, OK. The same talkgroups are patched.Something new I haven't seen yet on this system.
Site 37 Comanche, OK has 5 talkgroups patched.
9004 is patched to 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003.
No activity in the past few minutes.
Band isn't very good today so I can't tell if any other sites around here are also doing it.

Those patches probably have to do with Ft Wayne being the [apparent] place where trouble is dispatched from when local offices aren't staffed. And local offices aren't often staffed with dispatch personnel when the weather isn't bad, or on weekends/holidays. Ft Wayne is often dispatching up here in Ohio. But, admittedly they are usually dispatching on the local trouble talkgroups around here. I just moved. I have no outside antennas and cannot even pick up the local AEP site. When I have an antenna back up in the air I'll see if we are seeing the same patching activity here in Ohio.
I don't know that any of those are Oklahoma specific talkgroup.Im more curious on why they would patch Indiana TGs to Oklahoma TGs.
Here's a couple quick screenshots of what I can receive right now. Reception is crap at this time.

It could be for testing or training purposes or as posted earlier for after normal business hours dispatching from a central location.
Most of the TGs I have seen on the SW OK sites are 8000sThe reason I say Oklahoma, is because 1F9 is Oklahoma, and it's showing those 4 Indiana TGs patched to TG9004 on an Oklahoma tower. Every system's (1F5, 1F6, 1F7, 1F8) TGs start with a different number 1000's being Indiana, and 9000's not being listed yet, but showing on an Oklahoma tower would lead me to believe TG9000's would possibly be Oklahoma.

It might be Pawhuska. Geographically (at least to me) it makes more sense. And 1F9-18.18 (neighbor of Sand Springs) is probably Bartlesville -- and either it hasn't come online yet, is temporarily offline, or also is changing to 1FA-##.##.

Though I haven't seen any switch over to P25 from EDACS on either Pawhuska or Bartlesville.
Unless they are using new frequencies that I haven't found yet. Been watching both sites and the 800Mhz band for months now waiting for the change over but nothing yet.
Noticed on the Bartlesville site today a lot of data on the EDACS system flowing according to Unitrunker. Maybe they are using OTAP to program radios in the area. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Will keep listening.
