When I sleuth new digital systems, or new FCC licenses, I put all of the frequencies in an extra analog scanner and just let it scan 24/7. When the new system or site comes alive, so will your scanner (with digital noise). When you hear or notice the scanner making noise you can fire up DSD+ to get the specific parameters of whatever you're hearing.

I have a BC780XLT that I use for exactly this. I update it each month with the license grants from the previous month with each bank of 50 channels representing a month. This allows me to scan 10 months worth of frequencies for activity before programming over the oldest bank. I use the alpha tags to label each bank with year-month.

1F8 Sites 72 Charlotte?? and 105 Cuero?? are shown as active neighbors now. See attached P25data file. Dilley site 4 is showing active now.
When you say active, you do mean "not" failed/isolated ?
Looks like good bets for 72 and 105. Although both the Charlotte and Bigfoot licenses have 854.7625 on them, so I'm not sure which one of those will be 72. Nice job.

Yes, site 4 no longer shows failed/isolated.
Reason for selecting Charlotte is heard techs saying they were heading there to turn it on a couple of days ago. Unfortunately it has same CC as George West. I'll have to check it out next time heading north.
1F8 Corpus Christi (61) Downtown came online today. Confirmed while in Corpus today. P25data file extract attached.

Is Lon Hill TS a site you would definitely have been able to copy if it were online? Remember, that was reported online long ago but it hasnt shown up as a peer to any site around there that I know of and I haven't heard any further details on it. Do you think it's actually online?
Ok I just read what you said. I'm going to remove West Corpus Christi (aka Lon Hill TS) from the DB for now, since I think that site isn't online and likely will change when it is online. I don't think anybody has reported it recently online.

The site near Roanoke has two new neighbors, 67 and 68. 68 (CC 855.0125) appears to be in Penhook, VA and 67 (CC 854.8875) is in either Stewartsville, VA or Wytheville, VA. I'll be making a drive tomorrow evening or Monday for further investigation and confirmation.

So are referring to Bent Mountain (66.66) as being the site that is now listing 67 and 68 as peers? And is it listing any other peers that we already know about? I ask because the DB doesn't show the site as having any neighbors, and I want to make sure the neighbor list on Site 66 is up to date.
It is. I'm interested to see if those other sites will have neighbors.
Bent Mountain is showing the White Gate, VA site (42) as a neighbor, which is in addition to the other 2 neighbors that aren't currently in the DB.

A new site has popped up in Tazewell County, VA. It's on Oneida Peak near Springville. Showing multiple neighboring sites in WV, all of which seem to already be in the database. I'll submit the info shortly.
Wow, that's another great job. I have scanned the band on 1F6-1F7 from my remote location and have not found one TDMA/CC.
1F8 - Went to Charlotte today. Signal not strong enough to be from there. It is also not licensed for P25. Big Foot is licensed and is close enough to be it. Will submit to DB.
