That's probably all there was active. Most of the sites only have three CCs advertised when the site is idle. And maybe it just didn't have any neighbors yet. Looks better than gov't work. I added it

It likely is Rock. Arista AEP site has been around a long time. Last year they added Rock to the license. The Arista site does not have 854.1875 on the license, but the new Rock site does.

It's in the DB now as Rock. however, there are a few kinks:

1. Rock is newest site on license
2. Rock is the only one with 854.1875 on it
3. An extension for time filed within the past year and a half mentioned Arista, not Rock
4. The FCC Antenna Registration # on the Rock license doesn't exist in FCC records
5. Google Map shows no tower at the Rock location

So it could be Arista, using a freq from the Rock license. It is clear that they mean/meant to replace Arista with Rock, but I'm unsure at this point whether they did build a tower at the Rock site or if they abandoned it and stuffed the site on the Arista tower.

I added it to the DB as Rock because Rock was the newest site on the license and the only site licensed for 854.1875.

If some proof comes about later regarding where it is really at, we can always change it.

They actually did file a construction notification 3/8/2021 indicating at the Rock site (with freqs you listed) was built out, and suggesting that it was built out in 10/2020.

Same area looking a the map. Arista site is easily accessed from Route 10 (Pineville to Princeton road)
Interestingly enough I was going to take a road trip to that area to see if I could scare something up.
Saw it this morning on Flat Top site as a peer...there is some traffic on it this morning.
Also Rock does show Pineville as TDMA CC.

Thank you. I had been aware of the site for way more than a decade. However, it really got a "facelift" since the last time I had visited it. I like it a lot better now.

I'd be willing to bet that it's just the old ARista EDACS. IF they truly moved to Rock for the P25, they definitely wouldn't have bothered to move the old EDACS stuff over to it.

I know to some it might seem strange that 20.20 advertises 858.8875 as a secondary CC, while that is still active as an EDACS CC. But that's the way it happened up here in Ohio, in the rare instances where they kept the EDACS site on for a period of time. The P25 site would list alt CCs and one of them would be the still-active EDACS site. I guess they just make sure they don't switch the P25 site to that control channel while the EDACS is still up. Caught me off guard the first time I saw that up in OHio though.

Heard Dilley (4.4) on the air just now, submitted and worked into the database. The EDACS appears to be off the air, all I am getting is the Harris highspeed data on 855.2375 which was the EDACS CC before the swap. It is listed as a SCC right now.

1.1 is still listing with a CC of 854.2625 as a neighbor of Dilley. The two sites licensed for it are Encino (Brooks County) and Bracketville (Kinney County). I'm leaning toward Bracketville based on the low numbered northern neighbors it shares.

58.58 with a CC of 854.0125 and 854.4375 should be Laredo (Webb Co) as it is licensed both of those

59.59 with a CC of 854.7875 and 856.1275 should be Pescadito, also in Webb Co, as it is licensed both of those

Charlotte doesn't appear to be on the air as I should be picking something up from there.

I will try and give Uvalde a listen if I can get close enough tonight at work.

I made a loop up through VA today.. basically Patrick to Christiansburg, over to Roanoke, and back south through Henry County.

I used my Unication and the only sites I picked up were (Hex) 42, 43, and 44.

Talkgroups 4238, 4249, 4252, and 4257. 4249, 4252, and 4257 were all units calling DDC and on 4249 they asked if there were any more calls in the "Glenwood Area".

1.1 Also had a CC of 854.7875 at one point. So definitely Bracketville, as it's only site licensed with both and the neighboring sites reporting it as a peer make sense for it to be Bracketville.

Are you able to get any sort of "data dump" from a Unication with the necessary site information so that they can be added to the DB? Sites 43 and 44 specifically?
