Any Android App for Audio Feed?

I plan to provide scanner feeds from my area, right now there is only one and is far from me, I know ScannerCast exist for PC, but I was wondering if there is an app that works the same on an android or ipod touch?

Both have mic input on their headphone jack and have internet access to stream the audio from the scanner they just need the app to run it. Android prepaid phones sell for $50-$60 have wifi and they don't consume to much power compared to a laptop or desktop running 24/7

Just wondering if its possible.

Yes they sure are, if I didn't have a surplus of old PC's I'd be opting for a R-pi stream setup myself

Check out the Android app "BroadcastMySelf" - with the proper mixing cord it should work fine.

If you read all the way down through the first page of the thread you would have gotten to a link to a deprecated site that linked you on further to the above site. I absolutely hate it when someone does this to me...
